This might be one of my new favorite hidden spots! There's one man who works here, and he seems nice. He takes your order and then cooks your food! It's a tiny little place, and the prices are unbeatable. $4.99 for a Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken plate! $1.75 for Spam Musubi! $3.99 for ramen! What the heck. So cool. And the food was really good, too!!

The only thing I'd say is the water is a little unappealing looming because it's in a dirty-ish looking jug. But the water itself tasted fine.

    Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Really sweet man that owns this business and he cooks everything to order. I love that the Chicken Teriyaki isn't drowning in sauce. It's honestly the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The macaroni salad had a little bit too much mayo for my liking, but appreciated that this also wasn't overly sweet.

For the price, you just can't beat it and it fed me for 2 meals. I used the sliced up cabbage and made a stir fry with the leftover chicken and it was delicious - don't waste the cabbage!

He's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. I do wish the place was a bit cleaner though.

The Owner was nice, unfortunately the business has a Grade C. As I waited and started to run out of time, I asked if i could cancel my Order. He was ok with. Prices are very affordable. I don't think I saw anything over 9.99. I'm unsure whether he wore gloves between the handling of the Cash Register and Kitchen. He takes orders and does the cooking. I wish him well and hope he improves that Restaurant Grade.

Very good food and fair prices. However, they have a cockroach problem. I ate at one of the tables and there was a family of roaches swarming the condiment bottles. I let the owner know and he said he is working on the problem.

I was really stoked to try Chin's Hawaiian Teriyaki BBQ based on the many positive Yelp reviews. But I guess either I came in on a bad day or my experience and expectations for a well cooked meal is not the same as the yelpers who've been here.

First off, the food is cooked fresh and portions are plentiful.

The spam musubi is tasty and it was a decent sized portion.

However the teriyaki BBQ beef was over cooked and very tried. The teriyaki chicken was slightly over cooked, not as bad as the beef but the chicken lacks flavor.

I will come back for their spam musubi but not for the other stuff.
